Rory Fidgeon MSc, MBA, BA (Hons)

Rory is a fully qualified Occupational Psychologist with a national and international track record of professional practice, research, publication and commentary. His experience includes delivering large-scale executive and leadership assessments and supporting private and public sector organisations and government agencies to recruit and develop outstanding executive, managerial and frontline talent.


Rory works closely with clients to assess, understand and improve their talent profiles. He designs products and processes that deliver by finding and building the capabilities, competencies and character traits that teams and organisations need – now and for the future.


Rory’s most recently published research argues that sustainable performance depends on both character and capability. 

Julia Norman BSc (Hons), MSc, C.Psychol

Julia Norman is a Chartered Psychologist. Her career experience includes commercial management and management development in FMCG organisations, behavioural assessment and development, and talent assessment, selection and development. She also holds a diploma in Performance Coaching.

Julia works on assessment and development projects in private and public sector organisations. Her expertise includes designing and delivering assessment interventions to identify potential and support recruitment decisions, designing competences and building complex competency frameworks, and developing work-based simulations for executive-level assessments.

As a senior-level development coach Julia offers both one-off sessions to help clients overcome specific challenges and longer-term coaching programmes. She also facilitates workshops with disengaged teams to help them identify their barriers to effective working and to re-establish a team vision, identity and common set of values. 

Dr Penny Moyle BA Hons Psychology, D.Phil.Experimental Psychology, AFBPsS

Penny Moyle is a Business Psychologist, executive manager and coach, and a former CEO of one of Europe’s largest providers of business psychology and psychometric services.


Penny’s passion and track record are in helping organisations and their people to thrive in high pressure and uncertain times. Her approach balances strong academic underpinnings with the commercial focus, pragmatism and empathy of an experienced executive manager and business leader.


Penny provides specialist expertise in psychometric assessment, personality insight and 360-degree feedback tools, and their application to help individuals, teams and organisations achieve their potential. Her work includes harnessing the benefits of cognitive diversity and raising the game of executive teams and boards, by providing insights into team dynamics and tools that support step changes in performance.

Rebecca Stevens BSc (Hons), MSc, C.Psychol, AFBPsS

Rebecca Stevens is a registered Practitioner Occupational Psychologist and Chartered Psychologist. Her career experience includes project management in the defence industry, selection policy and cultural survey work in national government, and talent recruitment and selection for private and public sector clients.


Rebecca now specialises in recruitment and selection assessments and one-to-one coaching for managers. She a registered test user for ability tests and specialist personality questionnaires and has extensive specialist experience in designing and delivering recruitment strategies and tools, assessment centres and exercises, and competency and strengths based interviews.


Rebecca works with managers to explore psychometric assessments and identify strengths and development areas. She provides ongoing coaching to help clients create professional and career development plans, and also provides short-term coaching interventions to help managers prepare for leadership development programmes.
